MG Chemicals ATH Flame Retardant Epoxy Encapsulating and Potting Compound is a UL rated two-part, economical, electronic-grade, thermally conductive, self extinguishing, flame retardant epoxy that provides excellent physical, chemical, and electrical protection. 2:1 Mix ratio One hour working time Cures in one hour at 65°C (150°F).
